Replaces the side-load brackets on your Demco Premier Series Ultra Slide 5th-wheel trailer hitch (DM6076P-UL-21K or 8550028)

• Brackets fasten to the side rails of the hitch to provide support
• Can be added to DM6076P-UL-16K (8550026) 5th-wheel hitch to increase the capacity from 16,000 lbs to 21,000 lbs

• Constructed of sturdy steel
• Resists corrosion with black powder coat finish
• Includes 2 side brackets, hardware, and decals
